Pursue a meaningful career as a Nurse 4 with Winnipeg Regional Health Authority in TB Services. This in-person position demands expertise in community health and tuberculosis management.
Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience delivering tuberculosis services and two years of relevant nursing experience. A robust background in population health promotion, communicable disease control, and equity in healthcare is essential for addressing the needs of diverse communities in Winnipeg. A Baccalaureate Nursing Degree is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide TB testing and counseling to clients
• Implement health promotion and disease control strategies
• Work closely with community organizations for outreach
• Document and manage patient health data
• Facilitate workshops for community education
Requirements:
• Current registration with CRNM required
• Preferably certified in public health nursing
• Two years of nursing experience mandatory
• CPR certification as per employer policy required
• Possession of a Manitoba Class 5 Driver’s License
