• Keep food preparation areas clean and organized
• Engage with residents in a responsive manner
• Be open to constructive feedback and learning
Requirements:
• Previous experience in long-term care food service desirable
• Proficient in reading and writing in English
• Robust ability to manage the physical demands of the job
• Show punctuality and reliability at all times
• Willingness to work closely with residents’ dietary preferences
