Key Responsibilities:
• Develop robust knowledge of hotel facilities and community
• Coordinate daily Bell Attendant tasks effectively
• Deliver luggage and amenities to guest rooms
• Ensure lobby area is clean and tidy
• Report to Front Office management for support
Requirements:
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to high customer service standards
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
