We are Making Sustainability Happen.As our new Senior Process Engineer, you will play an important role on our Responsible Mining Solutions team.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for engineering studies within a multi-disciplinary team, leveraging experience and competencies in a range of mining operationsContribute, through innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and strategic aptitude, in developing backfill concepts that will be presented to planners up to senior executive/corporate level clientsProvide technical direction to project engineers and mentoring young engineersConduct economic valuation of different plant solutionsManage technical work to meet scope, time and budgetDemonstrate competency in MS Office software, ACAD/Deswik softwareProvide guidance and direction to the drafting team to generate drawings, schematics alongside the associated discipline engineers for support on proposals and plant design/build opportunitiesPerform field work, data analysis and calculationsSupport the implementation of plant design standards across project delivery and engineering disciplines.Support the preparation of technical documentation including design criteria, calculations, process flowsheets, P&IDs, control philosophy's, reports etc.Support commercial activities, including writing, reviewing proposals, estimates and quotationsPeriodically travel to site to support business development activities, including inspections, audits and design/build opportunitiesWorking @ SLRWith us,
