Responsibilities Provide expert technical advice to customers regarding vehicles.

Greet customers and assess their maintenance and repair needs.

Provide accurate cost and time estimates.

Ensure seamless communication between technicians and customers throughout the entire process.

Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Collaborate with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction.

Stay current on market trends and current automotive technologies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers. clients.





Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.

Qualifications Experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related field.

Knowledge of Reynolds (Era-Ignite) is an asset.

Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics.

Solid knowledge of the brand and its features.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused and passionate about providing outstanding service.

Salary : $27.58 to $37.03 per hour Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 4 days per week.
