Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct retirement education sessions for plan members
• Design and implement annual communication strategies
• Work with Plan Sponsors to encourage plan enrollment
• Ensure financial guidelines are adhered to in presentations
• Collaborate to enhance educational content and practices
Requirements:
• Proven experience in group retirement services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Robust organizational and time management capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
