As a Scoop Operator reporting to the Supervisor of Mine Operations, you will play a critical role in production and development activities. This position demands at least two years of experience in hard rock underground mining, with preference for those skilled in mine haulage trucks and scoop tram operation. Embody a proactive attitude towards safety and be ready for a challenging yet rewarding experience in a work from home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate 30- and 40-ton trucks efficiently
• Utilize 2, 4, 6, and 8-yard scoops




• Follow established scaling procedures
• Adhere to underground emergency guidelines
• Complete other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Minimum two years’ experience in underground mining
• Experience with mine haulage trucks preferred
• Ability to operate manual and remote scoop trams
• Previous mine rescue training is an asset
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
