As a Team Lead, you will supervise Case Coordinators tasked with providing comprehensive service coordination for Defence community members affected by misconduct. You will implement DCSRC’s policies while ensuring a client-centered approach. Your leadership will help improve program delivery for those in need of assistance across various critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor Case Coordinators in support tasks
• Ensure compliance with DCSRC guidelines during case management
• Foster client-centered and anti-oppressive service delivery
• Maintain relationships with community partners and clients
• Drive continuous improvement in service programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or similar
• Two years of experience supporting trauma-affected individuals
• Experience supervising in service delivery settings
• Understanding of trauma-related coping strategies
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
