Drive retail banking product initiatives at our downtown Toronto office as an Assistant Product Manager. This role emphasizes product lifecycle management, market research, and stakeholder coordination.
In this position, you'll report to the Head of Retail Banking and focus on supporting product launches and optimizing the existing product portfolio. You'll work closely with various internal teams to ensure compliance and competitiveness while translating business requirements into actionable specifications for digital enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research for potential banking products
• Optimize current product offerings and monitor performance
• Act as a liaison between local teams and Head Office




• Support project implementation and monitor progress
• Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
• 2 - 4 years of experience in banking product roles
• Robust analytical abilities with problem-solving focus
• Experience with digital banking preferred
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in Chinese beneficial
