Key Responsibilities:
• Promote customer-centric practices across the Sales team
• Enter and track customer orders and documentation
• Train staff on customer requirements and processes




• Manage logistics and assist in seasonal peaks
• Fax and sort information for effective sales communication
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communication
• Solid attention to detail and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
• Valid Passport or Driver’s Licence required
• Willingness to travel and lift 40 lbs when necessary
