Take charge as the Senior Sales Demand Planning Manager within our creative Sales & Business Development team, focused on effective sales forecasts and customer interaction. Lead projects that enhance demand planning processes.
As the project lead reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role seeks your 5–7 years of experience to refine our forecasting approach. You will work closely with teams to ensure the precision of baseline forecasts and collaborate on implementing current software tools to support planning. Additionally, lead the Customer Service Team in providing timely order updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide Sales Demand Review Meetings and discussions
• Consolidate and present periodic sales forecasts




• Collaborate on the enhancement of S&OP; forecasting
• Drive projects to improve reporting and planning
• Create volume forecasts at SKU and customer levels
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Familiarity with demand planning systems
• Advanced Excel skills for data management
• Solid skills in communication and analytics
