Experience / Qualifications:
Must have worked as an administrator within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
Able to prioritise workload
Good telephone manner




Robust literacy, numeracy and IT skills
Qualified manner
Good organisational skills

The Role:
Working within a busy Water Hygiene / Legionella company, providing administrative support to members of the team
Managing diaries for site staff, booking, rearranging and cancelling appointments
Contacting clients to arrange access to site
Answering client enquiries via telephone and email
Booking accommodation and transport for engineers and members of management
Inputting information into the company’s database
Issing reports to clients
Representing the company in a professional manner
