ACT is at the forefront of combatting human trafficking in Canada. As Executive Director, you will implement strategic plans, expand services into Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories, and lead a team committed to advocacy and community engagement. This role can be hybrid and requires travel between offices in Edmonton and Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:



• Directly lead ACT’s strategic initiatives and vision • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies • Build relationships with stakeholders and community partners • Provide effective communication to the Board of Directors • Ensure financial accountability and stewardship of resources

Requirements: • Minimum of undergraduate degree in related field • Significant executive or senior management experience • Proven ability in strategic planning and partnership building • Experience in fund development and financial management • Understanding of challenges surrounding human trafficking
