Zurich Canada is seeking a Claims Fraud Analyst to fill a vital role in the Data, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence team. This position requires collaboration with Claims and the Special Investigations Unit to interpret claims data, develop fraud indicators, and make data-driven recommendations. You will utilize your analytical expertise to bolster fraud detection methods and improve claims outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze claims data to detect fraud patterns and risks
• Collaborate with Claims and SIU on investigation priorities
• Review past fraud cases to identify emerging trends




• Develop analytical reports and dashboards on fraud activities
• Assist with the design of fraud detection models and alerts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in Statistical Analysis
• Claims or fraud experience preferred
• Robust analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Python
