Job Title: Coach

Main Function: Implement energetic, safe, and progressive group training sessions (20 people or less) while building intentionally supportive relationships with members.

Hours: 20hrs/week - The regular schedule offers a possible mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends to keep things energetic and ensure outstanding coverage for members. While we aim to provide a consistent routine, unexpected situations will call for a shift in the usual schedule at times. At Fukumoto Fitness, we function with flexibility and a team-first mindset.

Core Responsibilities
Facilitate a personalized group training experience




Perform member follow up duties
Attend and contribute to weekly team meeting
Develop meaningful relationships with members
Deliver other FF services (Isophit, Inbody, Blueprints etc)
Being a part of the FF coach emergency coverage plan

Qualifications
Pursue’S Fukumoto Fitness’s Core Values - Integrity, Accountability, Strive, Family, Generosity
Commitment to open, honest and transparent communication
Fitness coaching/group training experience with valid certification, insurance, and CPR
Ability to ‘Own the Room’ (voice projection, authority, motivation)
