WHAT YOU'LL DO
Logistics Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately prepare, pack, and label outgoing orders for domestic and international transit.
Inventory Integrity: Maintain real-time inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Warehouse Optimization: Organize storage areas to maximize efficiency and maintain a clean, secure workspace.
Collaboration: Coordinate with freight carriers and internal departments to meet project deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience: 1–3 years in shipping/receiving or industrial warehouse operations.
Education:



High school diploma or GED.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital inventory management systems.
Certification: Valid Forklift Certification is preferred (or the ability to obtain one).
Mindset: Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and alignment with our mission to provide vendor-neutral energy solutions.

PHYSICAL & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to X-Group safety policies and SOPs.
PPE: Ability to wear required gear (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate an active industrial shop floor.
