This pivotal role reports to the Executive Director and focuses on enhancing We Care's fundraising efforts and special events. Your expertise in event management and relationship-building will support the organization's mission to provide accessible summer camps for children across Canada. Collaborate with teams to achieve ambitious financial goals while exemplifying We Care's core values of Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies




• Evaluate current events for growth and efficiency
• Lead volunteer committees in event planning
• Build and maintain solid supporter relationships
• Represent We Care publicly at various events
Requirements:
• 5+ years in fundraising or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
• Solid leadership and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of fundraising and marketing principles
• Experience with corporate partnerships
