Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer

As a Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer, you will be:
Covering general M&E; tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamp replacements, FCUs, AHUs and small plumbing repairs.
Completing the service and maintenance of BMS front-end systems.
Carrying out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Completing breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant.




Completing fault-finding and repairs of electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Will be on the callout rota, which is 1 in 8, £100 retainer and min. 4hrs per callout.
Will be covering Commercial sites within London and the surrounding areas.

Requirements for the Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer
Experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Fault-finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Breakdown experience on all electrical systems and mechanical plant.
Must have an Electrical qualification.
To be a genuinely commutable distance to London.

Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer: On a basic salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience + Van + Callout + Package.
