Seeking an Experienced Butcher to provide exceptional service and quality meat products in our supermarket and butcher shop. Work in a cold, rapid-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction.
As an essential part of our team, you'll leverage your 2 to 3 years of butchering experience to clean, cut, and wrap various meats. Your role will also include supervising junior team members and directly engaging with customers to fulfill their orders and meat preparation requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut and prepare standard meat portions efficiently
• Assess and handle special customer requests
• Remove bones and properly clean meats
• Weigh and accurately price products for sale
• Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years related experience in butchery
• Diploma or certificate in relevant program is a plus
• Proficient with all meat cutting equipment
• Solid attention to detail and customer service skills
• Solid physical stamina for the role
