In this position, you will report to the Health Services Manager and work primarily in outpatient, inpatient, and community contexts. Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and treat patients with physical impairments
• Effectively communicate treatment plans to patients and families
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary health teams
• Supervise students and physiotherapy assistants during practice
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy
• Active membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists
• Annual CPR certification (BCLS) required
• Robust computer skills including word processing and data input
• Training in specialized physiotherapy techniques is a plus
