We’re looking for a detail-oriented Expeditor to help drive a smooth and efficient service experience. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, ensuring orders are organized, accurate, and delivered efficiently while supporting a fast‑paced and high‑energy service environment.
As an Expeditor you will:
Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and service staff to support smooth order flow
Check orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before leaving the kitchen
Prioritize and organize orders during high-volume service periods
Troubleshoot issues quickly and support the team in rapid‑paced situations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo and service areas
