Overview

Are you looking to join a agile team within an international company specializing in logistics and freight forwarding?

We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Import/Export Operations team .

Main Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end import and export operations process.
Monitor and track shipments through carriers’ online portals.
Prepare and submit import bookings, customs documentation, and delivery orders for carriers.
Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
Handle file costing, billing, and expense tracking.
Keep shipment statuses up to date in the internal system.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and emails.

Qualifications




Minimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and customer-service orientation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
