Reporting to the Manager of Occupational Health, Safety & Disability Management, you will bring valuable experience in both occupational and non-occupational disability management. This position involves advocating for injured or ill workers, guiding return to work processes, and ensuring compliance with WSIB regulations. Your expertise will help shape the culture of safety and inclusivity within city divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert consultation on disability management to various divisions
• Manage all aspects of WSIB claims within QuatroSafety




• Offer assessments on workplace modifications and accommodations
• Compile progress summaries for disability management
• Develop and deliver training for disability management practices
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in related fields
• Significant experience in disability case management
• Proficient knowledge of WSIB appeals and practices
• Familiarity with data management tools for reporting
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
