In this role, you will coordinate essential actions within the Methods support team to enhance manufacturing processes. Collaborating with engineering and production, your focus will be on developing work instructions and facilitating effective communication. Your leadership in change initiatives will promote a solid customer service culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective working methodologies
• Lead communications between internal stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Define tools for aircraft component assembly
• Assist in research and development projects
Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
• Detailed understanding of quality and production processes
• Solid leadership aptitude
• Willingness to mentor and support colleagues
