Position: Production Operator

Location: 36 Grant Street, Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0

Hours/Shift: 8.5-hour shift, 40 hours per week, rotational shifts and overtime as required.

Vacancy Type: Replacement

Responsibilities
Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks, ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and quality standards.
Follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies.
Unload and receive bulk ingredients from trucks; accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers.
Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant, ensuring quality control requirements of ingredients are met at all times.
Operate the production line, striving to maintain productivity.
Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications
Experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment.
Positive work attitude, solid work ethic, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and ability to work with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Regular full‑time shift work ability.
Capacity to lift 25kg and to bend and twist regularly; occasional requirement to work at heights.
Valid Class5 license (required)
