We are seeking a qualified and personable Host to join our team during the pre-opening phase of a current apartment building currently under development. This is a temporary position from August 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

In this role, you will support leasing efforts, assist future residents, and help prepare the building for a successful opening.

This is a unique chance to be involved from the ground up and help shape the resident experience before and after opening.

Schedule
Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 12:00pm-7:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities
Welcome prospective tenants
Assist the leasing team with tours, inquiries, and appointment coordination
Provide information about the building, amenities, and move in timelines
Help manager interest lists, applications, and basic administrative tasks
Support marketing and leasing events leading up to the grand opening
Coordinate with management, and leading teams to ensure smooth communication
Assist with organizing model units and presentation spaces
Prepare front desk operations, procedures, and systems before opening
Customer service,



hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly adaptable and able to handle changing priorities
Professional and friendly demeanor
Basic computer and organizational skills
Experience in leasing, real estate, or property management (preferred)
Client facing experience

Pay Range: $25 per hour
