As a key part of the interdisciplinary team, reporting to the Director of Care, you will focus on delivering patient-centered nursing services within provincial standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident evaluations and manage care documentation
• Implement personalized care plans based on resident needs

Requirements:
• Active LPN registration in BC or relevant province
• Preferred experience in senior or long-term care
