As a tactical security guard, you will engage in rigorous foot and mobile patrols across city parks and assets. This position requires expertise in crisis intervention, law enforcement procedures, and personal safety protocols. With at least two years of frontline experience required, you will handle significant social challenges and emergencies, providing an impactful service to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute foot and mobile patrols across designated city areas
• Manage unauthorized encampments within city property limits
• Engage individuals in crisis using de-escalation tactics
• Act as a first responder to medical emergencies
• Draft comprehensive incident reports for oversight
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of frontline security experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification with Naloxone training
• Documented experience with arrests and use of force
• Capability to patrol in various weather conditions
