Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance NPI processes via Monday.com • Coordinate with NPI representatives across business units • Educate teams and gather feedback throughout NPI • Increase visibility by improving departmental communication • Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting delivery
Requirements: • 4+ years in technical design • 5+ years in project management • 4+ years in manufacturing and change management • Solid communication and Microsoft Suite skills • Experience in Agile development teams is advantageous
