Review and interpret work instructions. Understand and execute tasks written in the work instruction booklet. Ensure the machine is supplied with raw materials. Start operations on time and maximize production time. Operate and supervise rubber or plastic molding machines. Deburr produced parts (if necessary), assemble, inspect, and package them. Granulate rejected parts (if necessary) using the granulator. Clean and maintain the work area according to established standards. Suggest improvements to production methods.
Skills / Qualifications
Ability to read and write French.
Ability to count.
Experience in the plastics and rubber industry is an asset.
Compensation & Advantages
Maximum salary $30.57/hour for day laborer with all skills.
Starting salary $16.00/hour for day shift.
