You will be responsible for maintaining the site interface management plan and lead communications between contractors and SLB disciplines. Your extensive background in construction coordination will contribute to efficiently resolving design conflicts while ensuring that all teams can progress smoothly. Being on-site is crucial to respond swiftly to emerging issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain coordination procedures and plans
• Organize daily and weekly contractor meetings
• Track and document interface actions rigorously
• Address conflicts with engineering and construction groups
• Report trends and risks to Project Controls
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
• Minimum 15 years of construction interface management
• Proficiency in BIM tools and scheduling techniques
• Robust communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
• Ability to relocate within Canada
