This role requires a detail-oriented approach to selecting and preparing customer orders for delivery. You will operate necessary equipment, maintain product quality, and support team members in their tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Select and palletize customer orders accurately
• Organize finished products post-production
• Use electric pallet jacks and order pickers proficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance in your workspace
• Train recent selectors and assist in operational excellence
Requirements:
• GED or high school diploma required
• At least 2 years in warehouse workplace
• Forklift certification and related training are preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
• Proven attention to detail and safety awareness
