This part-time role involves working under the Family Services Department Leader to provide evidence-based behavioural services within an integrated Early Intervention team. The consultant will assess, develop, and implement individual intervention plans while also providing training for parents and caregivers. You will play a vital role in fostering skilled relationships and ensuring quality improvements in services offered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized goals
• Implement and monitor intervention strategies with families




• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for effective support
• Train parents and caregivers on behaviour management strategies
• Contribute to quality improvements of service delivery
Requirements:
• Master's in Education, Special Education, or Psychology
• Minimum three years' experience with children facing challenges
• Certified RASP category A or BCBA eligibility required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access
• Robust interpersonal and communication skills
