This part-time role requires 15 hours weekly, where you'll assist tenants in achieving their personal goals while facilitating social participation. The ideal candidate will have a background in recreation and mental health, bringing creativity and a compassionate approach to the residents. Work closely with colleagues and community partners to implement impactful programs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead recreation programs for residents
• Encourage participation in community activities




• Mentor and support tenants through programs
• Work collaboratively in program design and execution
• Observe all safety protocols during activities
Requirements:
• Education and experience in recreation
• Knowledge of mental health concepts
• Ability to motivate and inspire change
• Creative thinking and multitasking ability
• Driver’s license and willingness to obtain First Aid certification
