Lead quality initiatives focused on Hospital Acquired Urinary Tract Infection (HAUTI) as a Physician Quality Leader at Fraser Health. Work collaboratively with teams to improve patient safety and care standards.

This role provides an opportunity to influence regional change in HAUTI practices. You'll engage with healthcare teams to educate and translate knowledge regarding best practices, while monitoring effectiveness and implementing improvements. Your leadership will play a critical role in aligning quality and safety efforts across Fraser Health.

Key Responsibilities:



• Engage clinicians to advance HAUTI best practices • Provide education related to infection prevention techniques • Monitor the impact of changes on medical staff • Collaborate with leadership to align regional practices • Prepare monthly updates and outcomes reports

Requirements: • Current CMPA and CPSBC Full membership essential • Active medical privileges required • Membership in the relevant Department is necessary • Background in quality improvement projects preferred • Robust leadership and communication abilities needed
