The work you do will impact beauty, as you support financial sales objectives and help bring our brand vision to life across Sephora.Ca. What You’ll Do Drive Business Strategy Build strong, proactive partnerships with brands, retail merchants, and inventory teams to ensure cross‑channel alignment and maximize sales for your portfolio of brands Continuously analyze online business performance, delivering insights and recommendations to partners and senior leaders. Adjust merchandising strategies in real time to optimize results Support weekly and monthly business recaps with thoughtful analysis, explicit storytelling, and actionable insights Plan and execute brand promotional strategies tied to launches, hero products, and key category moments Lead ad‑hoc reporting and special projects that help propel category and brand performance Lead Brand Management Develop strong, strategic relationships with brand partners to build and support robust growth plans Stay closely connected to brands and retail merchants on launch strategies, business updates, and risk/opportunity conversations Own .Com product assortments, working with brands to identify opportunities that differentiate and grow the online business Conduct assortment and SKU analyses to inform decision-making and drive productivity Oversee new brand onboarding and ongoing brand page updates, ensuring standout storytelling, elevated visual presentation, and intuitive navigation Enhance Product Marketing, Site Merchandising & Content Partner with the Senior Merchant on category‑level digital strategy, while championing your own set of brands across the site Support email, homepage, and category placements — aligning on messaging, product prioritization,



and storytelling with Brand Marketing Collaborate with the coordinator and brand partners to ensure accurate product setup, rich content, and optimized assets (copy, imagery, video, attribution) Work daily with product and content production teams to maintain site health, functionality, and high‑quality execution, including QA processes Contribute to category content initiatives that boost traffic, conversion, and sales — using web analytics to guide decisions Support Inventory & Planning Partner closely with Inventory before each season to forecast newness, exclusives, limited‑edition offers, and seasonal buys Participate in .Com open‑to‑buy meetings to inform in‑season decisions Ensure all featured products for marketing initiatives are supported with sufficient inventory Review SKU performance bi‑annually to refine and optimize the online assortment What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience in a retail buying office, with a strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals E‑commerce or Direct‑to‑Consumer experience that shows you understand the digital landscape (highly preferred) A self‑starter mindset with the initiative to drive work forward and anticipate what’s needed next The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, balancing ownership with partnership Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the agility to operate confidently in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate data into insights and presentations into action Familiarity with Box and Smartsheet is an asset #FSCHIRING What You’ll Get Caring Community. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non‑discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
