Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of program requirements
• Conduct post-employment follow-ups at defined intervals
• Provide onboarding support and workplace guidance
• Track job sustainment outcomes and document interactions
• Facilitate group coaching sessions for client development
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Social Services or related field
• 1-3 years experience in employment counseling
• Knowledge of job search strategies and workplace culture
• Solid interpersonal skills and empathy
