Your key duties will include coordinating registrations, maintaining apprentice records, and tracking progression while ensuring that deadlines and requirements are fulfilled across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate apprentice onboarding and documentation
• Support Apprenticeship Specialists with portfolios
• Keep accurate records of apprentices and employers
• Monitor apprentice training and certification milestones
• Collaborate with stakeholders for program excellence
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in administration or workforce development
• Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Solid customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Familiarity with Ontario's apprenticeship system is a plus
