Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter at Quantum World Technologies Company: TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICERole Type: Full-timeSkills and Responsibilities: Leads end-to-end planning and integration of all technology change within a given portfolio/platform/product group.Acts as the single point of contact for release planning, scheduling, and governance.Works with the Platform Release Lead to integrate product release plans with the platform for enterprise alignment.Executes release strategies to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives.Owns release gating processes and reporting.Identifies and manages release risks, issues, and dependencies.Engages proactively with supporting roles (ITS, Env, QE, etc.) to ensure releases and deployments have necessary technical/domain knowledge.Facilitates release prioritization with stakeholders based on risk, impact, and roadmaps.Works with stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve dependencies impacting delivery.Partners with development, TS, QE, ITS, etc.,
