We are currently hiring an Inventory Clerk for a full-time day shift position with a growing Canadian company specializing in the manufacturing of advanced fiberglass rebar.

Shift: Monday to Friday
Flexible Time: 8:00 AM/ 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM/ 5:00 PM

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Steeles/Islington)

Pay: $22-$3-/h based on experience

Responsibilities

- Accurately record inventory transactions using inventory management software.
- Organize, label, and store inventory and warehouse materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
- Ensure proper labeling and traceability of inventory items.
- Verify incoming, outgoing, and transferred inventory.
- Work closely with the warehouse, production, shipping, and purchasing teams.




- Support inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management.
- Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices is an asset.
