You'll provide strategic leadership for complex engineering initiatives, capital projects, and operational improvements across our network. Managing a team of engineers and scientists, you'll oversee product lifecycle management, technology transfers, and process optimization while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role provides an opportunity to influence pharmaceutical manufacturing, working at the intersection of technical innovation and operational excellence. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance manufacturing capabilities, and deliver value optimization projects that support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.REQUIREMENTSAdvanced Degree plus 6 years of experience,
