Your ability to troubleshoot CMDB issues will be critical in optimizing data certification processes and ensuring successful data loads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ServiceNow CMDB configurations and standards
• Conduct CI data certification and maintain governance
• Troubleshoot CMDB quality issues and resolve exceptions
• Implement Discovery and service mapping as needed
• Oversee import sets and transform map behavior
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow CMDB roles
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Knowledge of CI relationship management
• Experience with data normalization and identification rules
