In this role at OBE, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of architectural products while providing top-notch service to clients. You will work with advanced transportation systems and may need to handle both loading and unloading using cranes. Flexibility is key as you’ll navigate wide-ranging routes, including longer, out-of-provincial trips.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe operation of transport equipment
• Inspect loads for security before each delivery
• Load and unload glass, using cranes as needed
• Deliver products safely to job sites
• Document any delivery concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Class 1 License with a clean driving record
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs
• Familiar with pre- and post-trip inspections
• Experience with standard transmissions
• Customer service-oriented mindset with proactive abilities
