Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Customer Experience Specialist. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer support through multiple communication channels, resolving customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a positive experience for all stakeholders.



The role involves analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes. You will represent the voice of the customer, contribute to the refinement of strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all interactions.

Qualifications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Experience in customer service, customer relationship management, or related roles in a cooperative workplace.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other customer support platforms.
Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve overall customer experience.
A passion for fitness, wellness, and using a science-based approach to achieve goals is an asset.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, business, or a related field.
