As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you work under the Environmental Services Manager, managing all housekeeping functions in our residence. This role requires effective communication, leadership in housekeeping, and quality control. You will ensure that all suites, common areas, and laundry meet our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee quality control of cleaning and laundry services
• Conduct current resident housekeeping orientations
• Coach team members on daily tasks and performance
• Schedule shifts and manage vacations for all staff




• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control protocols
Requirements:
• High school diploma with leadership experience preferred
• Solid English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to nurture excellent relations with residents
• Knowledge of WHMIS and infection control procedures
• Service-oriented mindset with a passion for working with seniors
