CA$20.00/hr - CA$26.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a Sales/Marketing Coordinator in a TV Sales Distribution Department
Basic understanding of Sales Rights and Agreements
Experience tracking budgets
Experience tracking performance of videos and music
Go-getter mentality, willing to go above and beyond to complete the necessary tasks
Proactive problem solving and robust communication skills

Experience with Rightsline

Job Description
Budget tracking
Assist with implementation of Rightsline (current rights management software)
Data Entry into Rightsline
Creating availability reports for Sales, Music and Youtube team that includes which rights are available for exploitation
Tracking AVOD revenue statements and viewership numbers on a monthly/quarterly basis and basic level analysis of what is performing and what partners are valuable




Track music performance and revenue across all brands from Sony to Magicstar Kids with basic analysis of what is performing and making suggestions on ways it can grow
Travel and expense submission support
Marketing support and project management for sales material and market preparation
Additional duties to support the team as needed

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
