Applicants should have a minimum of one year serving experience, preferably in resorts or hotels, and be adept at managing food orders and settings. You must be passionate about ensuring a clean and welcoming dining atmosphere while effectively addressing any guest issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality food and beverage service to guests
• Assist in banquet style service when required
• Ensure excellence in food product delivery
• Transparent and set tables in dining areas efficiently
• Communicate effectively to resolve guest concerns
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant serving experience
• Smart Serve certification needed
• Experience with Squirrel POS is beneficial
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. safely
• Versatile schedule for various shifts, including weekends
