Reporting to the Public Works Manager, the Compliance Supervisor oversees compliance programs related to the water distribution and wastewater systems. This pivotal role involves monitoring compliance with environmental regulations, conducting audits, and developing policies to ensure consistent operational procedures. Your leadership will be vital in coordinating training and promoting safety within the municipal services team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the City’s water/wastewater compliance programs
• Develop and review compliance documentation and policies




• Coordinate compliance audits and regulatory inspections
• Ensure required training for staff and operators
• Track regulatory changes to maintain compliance standards
Requirements:
• University Degree or College Diploma in related field preferred
• At least five years of experience in environmental compliance
• Certification with OACETT or PEO preferred
• Solid report writing and documentation skills
• Valid Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License required
