Key Responsibilities:
• Cook menu items following recipes and standards
• Support buffet and event food production
• Organize daily prep lists and report shortages
• Set up and maintain your assigned stations
• Follow health standards closely
Requirements:
• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
• Must be available Fridays and Saturdays, 2 PM to 10 PM
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Qualified, punctual, and reliable
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
