We are on the lookout for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Production Support on the Backshift Monday to Friday. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of a warm and welcoming team, contributing to the smooth operation of our production lines while maintaining our high standards. Your Role Includes:
Assisting in the setup and operation of our production machinery to keep things running smoothly.
Helping the production team hit their targets by doing a variety of essential tasks throughout your shift.
Keeping work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient workplace.
Conducting quality checks to ensure that every potato meets our top-notch standards and reporting any concerns.
Joining in training sessions to keep learning and growing in your role.
Being a supportive team member,



positively contributing to a friendly work setting.

Qualifications
No previous experience is required, but if you have worked in production or manufacturing before, that’s a bonus!
Great communication skills to work well with your team.
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills to assist with quality checks.
A willingness to learn and take on current tasks.
Availability to work Backshift from Monday to Friday.
Shift timings to be discussed at interview
Rate of pay: £12.67/hour plus shift allowance
